Supporting Individuals and Families Across Southern Kentucky
Foothills Healthcare is a parent organization supporting several programs across Southern Kentucky focused on behavioral health services, recovery programs, youth development, and family support.
Through programs located in Monticello, Albany, Somerset, and nearby communities, we provide access to residential care, outpatient counseling, youth services, and independent living support for young adults.
Each of our programs offers specialized services, but we share one common mission — helping individuals and families build stronger, healthier, and more independent lives.

Our Programs
Designed to Support Individuals and Families
Foothills Healthcare provides a network of programs that support individuals and families throughout Wayne County, Clinton County, Pulaski County, and the surrounding Lake Cumberland region. Each program offers focused services designed to meet specific community needs.
Otter Creek Academy
Residential treatment program for teenage girls referred through DCBS, focused on emotional wellness, personal growth, and educational development within a structured, supportive environment.
Community Based Interventions (CBI)
Outpatient counseling and behavioral health services for children, teens, adults, and families. CBI provides support through therapy, behavioral services, and community-based care.
Foothills Recovery
Residential substance abuse treatment program designed to help adult men overcome addiction and build a foundation for long-term recovery.
Kentucky Youth and Children’s Foundation Independent Living Program
A supportive program helping young adults ages 18–21 gain life skills, independence, and stability as they transition into adulthood.
Kidz Kabin
Child development center focused on early learning, childcare, and developmental support in a safe and nurturing environment.
